CIDCO Extends Application Deadline

The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) of Maharashtra has announced a significant update to its housing scheme launched in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, on August 27, 2024.

Increased Availability and Extended Deadline

CIDCO has added 190 new tenements to the scheme, bringing the total number of available units to 879. This expansion includes 93 additional units for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in the Swapnapoorti complex, 46 units for the Middle-Income Group (MIG) in Vastu Vihar-Celebration, and 51 units for the Higher Income Group (HIG) in the same complex.

The online registration deadline has also been extended to October 25, 2024, at 8:00 PM, to accommodate the increased number of tenements. This provides more time for interested applicants to register for the CIDCO lottery.

The housing scheme caters to various income groups by offering tenements in Swapnapoorti, Valley Shilp, and Vastu Vihar-Celebration complexes. Here's a quick rundown of key dates:
